On 2. & 3. September 2017, the Scottie Weekend took place on the premises of the dog club SGV Köppern .
This year, for the first time, we invited also our Sealyham Terrier friends
Many Scottie fanciers and now also Sealyham fanciers came together on this spacious and nice place and were taken care of by the members of the local club.
The atmosphere will hopefully be as nice and friendly as 2015
The Funday on Saturday includes our famous fun games and other interesting activities as well as lots of opportunities to socialize - people as well as dogs, Lots of people joined in. The participants came from the far north of Germany, close to the Danish border (many thanks to the Pelludat family who brought the coursing equipment all the way) and Usedom and from th south (the complete board of the Scottish Terrier Club of Switzerland).U nfortunately, imediately after the opening, heavy rain came up, so that everybody had to sit under the roof wait.
But everybody lived through that, just sitting, waiting and chatting, And at 4 p.m., we were able to (re-)start the full program with all attractions, including the fun parcour, coursing and the Scottie race, everything with many participants.
On Sunday, the Scottie & Sealyham Special Open Show took place.
Our judge was David Winsley from England, a KC approved Terrier Group judge and certainly Scottie and Sealyham judge.
